If they were purchased on our website, return them within 30 dage…no questions asked. If you bought them at a retail store, you’ll need to return them there following their specific policy.

Ja, we now offer spare balls or accessories. So you can contact us when you need them.

We won’t make this difficult. If you’ve got a lemon or are short a few buckyballs, snap us some photos and email them to [email protected]. We’ll check it out and send you a nice new set.

Buyneoballs are 5mm balls same as buckyballs. We ship the balls for you without package, so if you need your own package, you can contact us at [email protected]

We hate to be the bearer of bad news, but this is a no-go. This would open up too many “exceptions” that wouldn’t be fair to all of our customers. Due to our constantly changing promotions, we can’t offer post-purchase price adjustments.
