We’re small but speedy. If you order by 2PM EST, we’ll ship out same business day. If you miss the cutoff time, we’ll get your Buckyballs out the next business day.

We ship from Singapore so keep that in mind if you choose our free ground shipping. Transit time could take between five and ten business days from the time your orders ships depending on where you are.

After your order is submitted, you’ll see an order confirmation page with your order number. If you’ve reached this page, we’ve received your order and we are either reviewing your payment information or your order is ready to be processed. We’ll also shoot you an email confirmation. Once your order is shipped, we’ll ping you again.

Follow your Buyneoballs’ journey through DHL ecommerce tracking. You should have received an email that says “A shipment from order #XXXX is on the way.”

If they were purchased on our website, return them within 30 days…no questions asked. If you bought them at a retail store, you’ll need to return them there following their specific policy.

Email us at contact@buyneoballs.com and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours on the return and exchange process. Please include your order # and the issue in your message.

Yes, we now offer spare balls or accessories. So you can contact us when you need them.

We won’t make this difficult. If you’ve got a lemon or are short a few buckyballs, snap us some photos and email them to contact@buyneoballs.com. We’ll check it out and send you a nice new set.

Buyneoballs are 5mm balls same as buckyballs. We ship the balls for you without package, so if you need your own package, you can contact us at contact@buyneoballs.com

We hate to be the bearer of bad news, but this is a no-go. This would open up too many “exceptions” that wouldn’t be fair to all of our customers. Due to our constantly changing promotions, we can’t offer post-purchase price adjustments.
